301 stainless steel strip is a metastable austenitic stainless steel, which has a complete austenite structure under the condition of sufficient solid solution.Among stainless steels, 301 is the easiest steel to be strengthened by cold deformation. The cold deformation can increase the strength and hardness of the steel, and retain sufficient plasticity and toughness. In addition, this steel has good rust resistance under atmospheric conditions. However, the corrosion resistance of the reducing medium is not good, and the corrosion resistance of the chemical medium such as acid, alkali and salt is poor, so it is not recommended for corrosive environments. 301 is mainly used in cold processing to withstand higher loads, but also hopes to reduce the weight of equipment and non-rusting equipment parts. In addition, this steel is prone to work hardening when it is impacted by external forces and can absorb more impact energy, which will provide more reliable safety protection for equipment and personnel.
