CIS billet manufacturer further reduced the export offers, but buyers are still far from the market.

Allegedly, the price of billet delivery in July from Belarus mill BMZ quoted at USD360/mt, down by USD5/mt (FOB). The market is expected that billet export prices could soon fall to USD360 / tonne (FOB) or less level.

CIS billet export to North Africa fell, the price to Tunisia quoted at USD385-390 / ton (CFR), to Egypt quoted at USD380 / ton (CFR).
