Indian mills are considering increases HRC price, because due to the depreciation of rupee, the local hot rolled coil import market has slowed down.

At present, India 3mm hot rolled coil ex-works price is 27.5-28.5 thousand rupees / tonne (USD416-431 / ton), some mills are considering to rise ex-factory price by Rupee 500 / tonne (USD 8 / ton).

This week the offer of merchandise coil imported from China quoted at USD325-330/ton (CFR), rise by USD5-10/ton over last week, Brazil Resources quoted at USD 330 / ton (CFR).
