Allegedly, the Chinese 120mmQ275 billet to the Philippines offer quoted at USD305-310 / ton (CFR), 10mmQ235 billet dealed at USD305 / ton (CFR), down by USD15/mt over the end of July.

In Thailand, China 150mmQ255 billet quoted at USD285 / ton (CFR), currently 130mmQ275 billet offers to USD290-295 / ton (CFR).
