Southeast Asian billet import market is still deserted. Most buyers wait and see. They give low counter offer or postpone purchases.

 Allegedly, China 120 / 130mmQ275 billet to the Philippines quoted at USD300 / ton (CFR), 100mmQ235 billet quoted at USD295 / tonne (CFR), fell by USD5-10 / ton over last week, buyers bid at USD290 / ton (CFR). Chinese 150mmQ255 / Q275 billet to Thailand quoted at USD285 / tonne (CFR), has not heard of a deal. In Vietnam, 150mmQ235 billet offers from about USD280 / ton (CFR).
