The hot rolled and cold rolled coils export offers of CIS are USD290-310 / ton (FOB) and USD365-385 / ton (FOB); Chinese plate export offers slightly lower than USD10 / ton.

I terms of long products: affected by the price down of of imported scrap, Turkish rebar export offers down by USD10/mt over end of September, quoted at USD335 / ton (FOB), the market transaction are light overall. The rebar export offers to the UAE was USD330 / ton (FOB, solid weight), to the US market rebar export offers quoted at USD332 / ton (FOB, solid weight).
