China Taiwan Feng Hsin Steel kept rebar offer table, 13mm rebar ex-factory price stable at NT $ 10,700 / ton, scrap buying prices stable at NT $ 4,000 / ton, unchanged for two consecutive weeks.

        Feng Hsin Iron & Steel said although steel demand not significantly improved over the past week, there has been steady, some southern rebar mills are no longer eager to sell or give lower offer.
