Taiwan's Chung Hung Steel yesterday (November 30) released the December export offer price, low flat plate, among which cold-rolled and hot-rolled selling price down by NT $200-300/mt, down 1.28% - 2.38%; outside selling price depending on the districts, down highest by USD20/mt, fell less than expected.

Chung-hung said the price decline narrowed, on one hand they considering the price is close to market conditions, on the other hand consider mills operating under immense pressure, and the price also came to the bottom, add depreciation force, it does not make much sense.
