The customs codes of the products involved are 72193112, 72193111, 72193210, 72193310, 72193410, 72193510, 72202021 and 72209021.

In September 19, 2014, on the application of the Indian Jindal Stainless Ltd (JindalStainlessLimited), India Government conducted investigation of imported 400 series chrome stainless steel cold-rolled plates. The investigation period is between the 2011/12 fiscal year and 2014/15 fiscal year. In this case, the product concerned mainly imported from Japan, Korea, China, the European Union, the United States, Mexico and other countries (regions).
