US Census Bureau data show that in March steel imported from Latin American was 458,105 thousand tons. Down by 9.7% compared with a year earlier of 507,074 thousand tons; exports amounted is USD 342 million. Among them, the steel from Mexican exports to the US was 160,309 thousand tons, last year was 237,182 thousand tons; exports volume is USD 149 million.
