A335P22 is a grade in the ASTM A335 / A335M standard. It is 2.25Cr-1Mo chromium and molybdenum high temperature ferritic steel for boilers and superheaters. China transplanted it to GB5310 in 1985 and named it 12Cr2MoG. Other countries have similar steel grades, such as 10CrMo910 from Federal Germany and STBA24 from Japan. In the Cr-1Mo steel series, its thermal strength is relatively high. At the same temperature (temperature ≤ 580 ° C), its creep rupture strength and allowable stress are even higher than 9Cr-1Mo steel, and it has good processing. Performance and welding performance, long-lasting plasticity. Therefore, it has been widely used in harsh working environments, such as various heating pipes and high-pressure vessels in thermal power, nuclear power, and some hydrogen-producing equipment.
Allowable temperature: A335P22 (SA-213T22) is mainly used for 300, 600MW and other large-capacity power station boilers with a tube wall temperature of ≤ 580 ° C and superheaters with a tube wall temperature of ≤ 540 ° C. This type of steel is used in the United States , Japan and Europe have been widely used, has a long history of operation in power plants, is a mature steel with stable performance and good process performance.
