P91 seamless steel pipes are very versatile. It can be used as high temperature superheater and reheater steel pipe for subcritical and supercritical boilers with wall temperature ≤625 ℃, high temperature headers and steam pipes with wall temperature ≤600 ℃.
The general purpose P91 seamless steel pipe is rolled from ordinary carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel or alloy structural steel, with the largest output, and is mainly used as a pipeline or structural part for conveying fluids.
According to different uses, it is divided into three categories: a. Supply according to chemical composition and mechanical properties; b. Supply according to mechanical properties; c. Supply according to hydraulic test. For steel pipes supplied according to categories a and b, if they are used to withstand liquid pressure, a hydraulic test is also required.
The special-purpose P91 seamless steel pipes include P91 seamless steel pipes for boilers, P91 seamless steel pipes for geology, and seamless steel pipes for petroleum.
