Russian Special Steel Association statistics show that in the first four months of 2015, the Russian steel exports totaled 927 tons, plunged 67% year on year; stainless steel long products export volume is 175 tons, plunged 89.3% year on year; stainless flat steel exports totaled 363 tons, a decline of 2.9% year on year; stainless steel seamless pipe exports totaled 130 tons, a decline of 73.6% year on year.
