Among them, the Ukrainian Metinvest steel mills export offers of hot rolled coil to Europe is USD393 / ton (FOB), cold roll coil quoted at USD458 / ton (FOB); Russian Magang steel mill’s HRC export offers to Europe USD365-375 / ton (FOB), cold roll coil quoted at USD445 / ton (FOB).
