Since the scrap market weakness and Chinese mainland billet prices fell, this week, Taiwan's Feng Hsin Iron & Steel company continued to decrease the rebar price, 13mm rebar ex-factory price decreased by NT $ 200 / ton to 13,100 NT$ / ton (USD 423 / ton) .

Meanwhile, Feng Hsin Iron & Steel also decreased scrap prices by NT $ 300 / ton to NT $ 5800 / ton.

At present, the price of Chinese mainland’s 130mm Q275 billet to China Taiwan is USD 325-328 / ton (CFR), drop by USD20/mt over early of June.
