Turkey received offer of flat steel from Ukraine and Russia which would produce in September and deliver in October. Price of HRC from Ukraine quoted at USD340/mt CFR, lower than the price of July (USD350-370/mt CFR). Counter offer from buyer is USD320-325 / mt on CFR basis.Ukraine cold roll coils quoted at USD400 / tonne CFR. Lower than the end of July price USD 450 / ton CFR, buyer’s counter-offer is USD 390 / ton.

MMK HRC toTurkeyquoted at USD345 / tonne CFR, cold roll quoted at USD405 / tonne CFR. It is reported that buyers’ counter offer would USD10-15/mt lower than the offer.

Traders said affected by devaluation of the RMB, the European vacation and the impact ofTurkey's domestic political uncertainty, global steel market is lack of demand.
