Recently, South Korean rebar market downturn, the price of 10mm SD400 level rebar quoted at 0.56-0.57 million won / ton (483-492 USD / ton), fell by 10-20 thousand won/ton.

Due to the seasonal slowdown of construction industry and Chinese resources continue to arrive, South Korean steel rebar stocks rose slightly, increased by 15-20 thousand tons to 0.22-0.23 million tons.

According to South Korean steel association data, in September the South Korea imported 0.135 million tons rebar from China, increased by 154%.
