For metal materials used under wet hydrogen sulfide conditions, the main requirements are as follows:
(1) It should meet the requirements of nace mr0175;
(2) The yield strength (σs) is not greater than 345mpa;
(3) Carbon equivalent ce< 0.42%, ce=c+mn/6+(cr+mo+v)/5+(ni+cu)/15, and ni<1%, c≤0.25%;
(4) s≤0.01%(wt), p≤0.015%(wt);
(5) It should be supplied in the state of normalizing (can be normalized online);
(6) The hardness of the steel pipe does not exceed 180hb;
(7) There shall be no sharp defects with a depth greater than 0.5mm on the surface of the steel pipe.
