Japan’s NSSC Company (NSSMC) maintained domestic H-beam prices steady in April (May rolling), the price kept stable since February 2014.

Currently, Tokyo SS400 large H-beam prices are about 7-7.1 ten thousand yen / ton (USD 642-651 / mt), unchanged from last month.

NSSMC said that despite from April to June is the off-season demand, the Japanese government is likely to increase the budget for the project during the quarter, H-beam demand is expected to gradually increase.
